Account Details

You can manage your personal account and account settings within the platform by clicking on your user icon and selecting “Settings”. Here you will be able to update information, control notifications, manage users and user permissions.

Personal Settings

• My Profile - Update your user information including name and email

• Notifications - Opt In/Out on various notification types, method of contact and frequency

• Account Details - Manage account information including name, contact and type

• Users - Manage new, active and pending users on your account

  • Invite People, Edit User, Delete User, Resend User Invite and Cancel User Invite

*Note: A user must have the “Admin” user role to edit account details and manage users

 

Managing Users

Account Administrators have access to manage User Invites, Edit User Account Information, Delete Users, Resend User Invites and Cancel User Invites.

 

Understanding User Roles

User Roles control user specific permissions; providing individual access to your account’s products and features purchased through your subscription package. Roles are assigned when inviting new users and can be updated when editing a user.

External User Roles: Admin, Editor and Viewer

*Note: Packages determine the products, features and quantities an account has access to.
