Recommended Actions on the Anticipation Boards (Target, Monitor, Block) are assigned based on the calculated Mentality Index for each individual Moment. The Mentality Index takes into account the user responses from the following 3 sections of the Brand Profile:
-
Queries
-
Opinions
-
Scenarios
Responses within each of the sections are assigned a value based on the user’s response.
-
Queries:
-
Query I want to associate with
-
Query I want to monitor / gather intelligence on
-
Query I want to avoid
-
-
Opinions:
-
Agree
-
Strongly Agree
-
Disagree
-
Strongly Disagree
-
-
Scenarios:
-
Target
-
Monitor
-
Block
-
Values for each query, opinion, and scenario related to a specific moment are averaged within their respective section and given a score. These three scores are then averaged across sections to generate a moment’s recommended action.
Example:
Although this brand wanted to block scenarios around impeachment and job loss, they also agreed that political content fit their brand identity(Opinions). Thus, the recommended action provided was Monitor. Since this brand had no queries relevant to this moment, the Queries section was not involved in the Mentality Index calculation.
