Custom Boards

Custom Boards are available for you to create unique board configurations, providing flexibility to mix and match queries, news and/or industry verticals together. This will allow for specific parameters for niche topics to be set, or broad content across multiple topics to be captured.

Configuration Components:

Your board configuration determines which moments are searched for and displayed on your board. A configuration can be created using the following components:

1. Configuration Statement = “AND” statement & “OR” statement

2. Topic Selections = Queries, News Verticals, & Industry Verticals

*Note: Queries can be a specific person, brand or thing, and they are organized into the following types: Brands, Influencers, Events, Social Causes, and Philanthropic Organizations

Configuration Rules:

• A single board configuration can only contain up to 10 topic selections

• A Query is added within the Brand profile prior to selection availability

• A board MUST be set with a Configuration Statement

How Selections Are Displayed:

Queries:

• Displayed as a selection once added to a submitted Brand Profile

News & Industry Verticals:

• Immediately displays categories that relate to opinions questions you agree with

• View additional categories that relate to opinions questions you are unsure of

• When searching for a category, all categories related to the search term are displayed. This includes categories related to opinion questions you disagree with
