Opinions
The Opinions section of the Brand Profile serves as a function for gathering user responses concerning topics their brand would like to associate with or avoid. Users provide input on specific content categories and classifications, which informs the placements available to them on Anticipation Boards and SmartLists. These Opinions also play a pivotal role in shaping recommended actions within the Anticipation Boards.
Opinions are organized into 14 categories:

There are 5 different responses for each Opinion question:
- Strongly Agree
